Meet your Teacher
I began my teacher training for Hatha Yoga in 2024 because I fell in love with the practice and wanted to share it with others. I’m based in Milton Keynes, and my aim is to create a space where you can slow down, connect with yourself, and maybe even step gently outside your comfort zone. Yoga has brought so much joy and balance into my life, and I’d love for you to experience that too.

HATHA YOGA
Introduction to this style of Yoga
Hatha Yoga is one of the oldest forms of yoga, and it’s all about bringing balance—both in the body and in the mind. The name itself tells the story: “Ha” stands for the sun, “Tha” for the moon, a reminder that yoga is about uniting opposites. It’s about finding harmony between strength and softness, effort and letting go.
When you practice Hatha Yoga, you move through a series of postures, or asanas, that stretch and strengthen your body. It’s not just about getting fit—it's about learning to feel your body, noticing where it’s tight, where it’s strong, and where it needs care. Breathing plays a big role too. With mindful, conscious breaths, you can calm your mind, boost your energy, and awaken the flow of life within.
But the magic of Hatha Yoga goes deeper than the physical. By paying attention to your breath and the sensations in your body, you start to live more in the moment, cultivating awareness and presence. Over time, it nurtures not just your body, but your mind, your emotions, and even your spirit—a gentle guide toward overall well-being.
